Tour the brewery

Please stop by and see the place (see below for times and dates). We are proud of our new brewery and want to get to know our fellow beer drinkers! The brewery is open to the public on Saturday for tours. We will have two or three tours with variable times depending on events that day in Manhattan. Please call the brewery in advance to find out the schedule and get a reservation for a tour.

Each tour is followed by free samples of beers currently in production or other experimental brews we are working on. On these tours, you will learn more about the history of beer in America, the brewing process, and our brewhouse. You will also have a chance to get cool Tallgrass gear and experience our freshest beer right at the brewery!

Of course, you can always stop by the brewery during normal business hours during the week if you just want to buy some beer to stock your kegerator. Since we are always either brewing or out trying to get our beer to more beer drinkers, we ask that you call us at 785-537-1131 before you come over so that we can make sure a brewery employee with access to the storage cooler is there to help you.

We can also do tours just for your group. A brewery tour can be a great change of pace for your next employee meeting. Please call and we will let you know what we have to offer.

Beer:

Kegs and bottled beer are available for private purchase for consumption off-premise! You can stop by anytime during normal business hours (8am-5pm), but try to give us a call first so we can be sure to be there.
